In addition to text recognition (OCR) and the extraction of the relevant data, the solution includes automatic validation on the basis of numerous validation rules and enables straight-through processing. During processing, the data is matched with master data from the leading system (e.g. ERP) via interfaces. If manual validation is required, this is supported by a user-friendly web client which increases the automation rates thanks to the integrated self-learning function that uses artificial intelligence.

We provide an extensive portfolio of add-ons to adapt the standard DPS Invoice to customer specific requirements. These make it possible, for example, to process invoice line items, electronic invoice formats and documents in foreign languages from more than 30 countries. In addition to recognition of the text, the language and date and number formats, this can also include checking of country-specific legal requirements, such as VAT compliance.
